Art of Pleasure Workshop

A 2 hour Ayurvedic workshop flowing with beauty rituals, love potions, sensual practices to keep your face, body and deepest spirit fresh, inspired and glowing. Our ability to experience pleasure and play while cultivating creative pursuits lies in our sacral chakra. Our sacral chakra is home to inner urges, emotions, instincts and desires-- essentially our inner child who needs to feel seen and heard. When balanced, our inner child can enjoy life's pleasures and create freely. When blocked, we can find ourselves feeling stagnant, stuck, dull and dreary. A workshop that invites you to play, flow and swim in your creative juices.
